May 12 - May 13 Two Movies in Nashville! On May 12, the “Stitching Strength” movie (which details Dr. Bedlack’s efforts to employ creativity and fashion to boost hope in people living with ALS) was screened for the community. The following night, the Grammy’s Family Matters movie about John Driskell Hopkins premiered to a star-studded audience.
May 17 Duke ALS Team attended a celebration of music and arts called ALSapalooza in Greensboro NC. Funds raised benefitted ALSUnited NC Chapter
May 21 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm “Stitching Strength” movie screened at Duke Medical School for the Duke community.
May 26 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm “Stitching Strength” movie will screen at Glass Jug Beer Lab for the Durham community.
May 28 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Dr. Bedlack will be part of a Roon panel entitled You Deserve to Know: a Conversation on Treatments, Trials, and Truths for the ALS Community.
June 6 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm “Stitching Strength” community movie screening will occur in Shipyard Park, Mount Pleasant SC at 6pm.
